My venue or caterer is providing an event manager, so why would I need you?

Venue and catering coordinators focus on venue and food logistics. We are there for you and your family, ensuring everyone feels part of the day and can enjoy it.

If we book your planning or coordination services, will I still get to feel involved?

Absolutely. Our services are tailored to your needs, so you can be as involved as you wish while we take away the boring elements of planning.

My family and friends are organised and can coordinate the event for me.

Family and friends want to help, but as they are also attending the event, coordinating can become overwhelming for them. We look after your family as well as you, for a stress-free day.

I have already started my planning...

That's absolutely fine. We tailor our service to what you need help with, providing easy solutions to create your dream event within your allocated budget.

Do you have preferred suppliers, and do we have to use them?

We have a network of suppliers we recommend, but you are not obliged to use them. We take no commission from suppliers, so we always aim to get you the best prices.

Are you free to meet or talk in the evenings or on weekends?

Yes, given meetings are booked in advance. The latest weekday meeting time is 7:30pm, and we meet on weekends between 11am and 3pm when not running an event.

Do you charge extra for travel and accommodation?

Travel for UK weddings is incorporated within the cost, though accommodation is requested for our coordinators if the venue is more than an hour from our North West London base. For destination weddings, flights, transfers and accommodation for the team are arranged by the client.

What are your payment terms?

We charge 50% on booking to secure your date, with the remaining 50% due three weeks prior to the event.

Do you plan parties or other events?

Yes, although we specialise in Asian weddings, we also plan birthday parties, anniversaries, baby showers and other celebrations, with no fixed packages.

What sort of weddings do you work on?

We specialise in Asian weddings, including Hindu, Sikh and Muslim weddings, and have experience with English, Turkish, Nigerian, Egyptian and Jewish weddings, learning your own traditions to serve you well.

I've got a Pinterest board and lots of ideas. Can you work with them?

Absolutely. We look into your Pinterest board and images you like, getting to know you both to bring your ideas together into a personal concept.

What happens on the wedding day?

Three coordinators arrive when your first supplier arrives, following a detailed itinerary to ensure the day runs smoothly, staying until you both leave at the end of the night.

How much do you charge?

Our prices are based on the time spent on your event. Packages begin at approximately £3,000, with bespoke options to accommodate your budget.

Do you charge for an initial consultation?

No, our initial consultation is completely free of charge with no pressure to proceed.

What's your cancellation policy?

In the event of a cancellation, our deposit is non-refundable, with exceptions for certain special circumstances within our Terms and Conditions.
